Original language: GermanDie Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH beabsichtigt einen Rahmenvertrag Tiefbau auszuschreiben. Die Leistungen sind im Zuge der Instandsetzung bestehender Anlagen und bei Neubaumaßnahmen zu erbringen. Die Leistungen des Rahmenvertrages werden in folgende Gewerken strukturiert: • vorbereitende Arbeiten, incl. Abbruch und Kampfmittelsondierung • Erdbauleistung • Herstellung von befestigten Verkehrsflächen (Schichtenaufbau als Oberbau [Beton und Asphalt], Unterbau und Untergrund) • Entwässerungsanlagen • Tiefbauleistung für Ver- und Entsorgungsanlagen • Technische Ausrüstung Der Rahmenvertrag ist als Einheitspreisvertrag bestehend aus Einheitspreisen (ggf. Teilpauschalen) auf der Basis eines Leistungsverzeichnisses ohne Preisgleitklausel für Stoffe und Lohn vorgesehen. Folgende Hauptbauleistungen sind Gegenstand des Rahmenvertrages: Tiefbauleistungen: - Verkehrs- und Baustellensicherungsmaßnahmen - Errichtung und Umbau/ Sanierung von Flugbetriebs- und Verkehrsflächen, sonstigen Betriebs- und Lagerflächen sowie von Kabel- und Entwässerungsanlagen, - Errichtung von Beschilderungen incl. Fundamenten und Befeuerungsanalgen - Markierungsarbeiten auf Flugbetriebsflächen und Betriebsstraßen - vorgezogene Einrichtung sowie Rückbau von Zugangskontrollstellen (z.B. temporäre Baustellenzufahrten), - Errichtung von Baustraßen in unterschiedlichen Bauqualitäten, Erzeugung von vorgezogenen Bauzuständen, z.B. vorgezogener witterungsabhängiger Erdbau, - Abbrucharbeiten von befestigten Flächen einschließlich Entsorgung, - Rückbau und Entsorgung von Leitungen, Schächten und sonstigen Entwässerungsanlagen - Erdbauarbeiten für Oberboden, Flächen- und Grabenaushub inkl. dazugehörigen Wasserhaltung - Grabenlose Rohrverlegungen - Bau von Freispiegel- und Druckrohrleitungen insbesondere aus Stahlbeton, Grauguss und Kunststoff inkl. Schächten und Armaturen - Durchführung von Vermessungsleistungen - Kampfmittelsondierungen Technische Anlagen und Ausrüstungstechnik - Rückbauarbeiten an Anlagen der Technischen Ausrüstung - Kabelverlegearbeiten für Elt -Anlagen wie z.B. Befeuerungskabel - Lieferung und Montage von Technischer Ausrüstung wie z.B. Feuer
