Original language: fiHankinnan osa-alueella 1 monikielinen yhteiskuntaorientaatio toteutetaan ryhmämuotoisena palveluna asiakkaan äidinkielellä tai muulla hänen hyvin osaamallaan kielellä. Ryhmiä perustetaan asiakkaiden palvelutarpeen perusteella. Monikielisen yhteiskuntaorientaation laajuus on 70 tuntia (60 min) neljän viikon toteutuksena arkipäivisin klo 8:30–16:00 välisenä aikana. Yhteiskuntaorientaatio voidaan toteuttaa lähitoteutuksena, verkkototeutuksena tai molempia toteutustapoja yhdistäen. Tilaaja päättää järjestämistavasta. Lähtökohtana on lähitoteutus niillä kielillä, joilla sitä on tarjolla. Lähitoteutuksella tarkoitetaan yhteisessä paikassa tapahtuvaa palveluun osallistumista. Lähitoteutus järjestetään Toimittajan tiloissa Helsingissä. Verkkototeutuksella tarkoitetaan yhteisessä oppimisympäristössä tapahtuvaa palvelua, jossa osallistujat ja kouluttaja ovat yhtä aikaa läsnä.
