L’objet de l’accord cadre est la prestation de services relatifs à la maintenance préventive et curative, toutes techniques confondues, de 4 bâtiments du Service Public de Wallonie situés respectivement à Namur, Wavre, Liège et Arlon . L’ accord cadre prévoit un service de garde 24h/ 24 , 7j/7 , dans le cadre de la maintenance curative. Dans le cadre de la maintenance curative , des interventions seront définies comme urgentes ou non-urgentes. Les délais d’interventions dépendent de cette définition.
