Wesernetz Bremerhaven GmbH (hereinafter referred to as AG or WN) operates various substations and switch houses in the Bremerhaven city area. The newly constructed switch house "Weddewarden" is located at Wurster Straße 362, in 27580 Bremerhaven. The single-story new building with a cable cellar will serve to house a 20 kV switchgear system and associated building services in the future. A new 20 kV switchgear system forms the focus of the new building. The focus of this tender is an air- or gas-insulated, metal-enclosed, factory-built, and type-tested 20 kV medium-voltage switchgear system. The essential services system required for the switch house for DC and AC voltage supply, including the battery system and the low-voltage connection of the essential services transformer, is part of the tender. Furthermore, the scope of services includes the electrical building installation, which must be fully completed before the switchgear system is installed. The building will be constructed in parallel with this tender. The tendered service will be provided within the framework of a contract for work. The success of the service as a whole is therefore the focus. The client wishes to award the complete service as a general contractor service. All items are to be understood as including delivery and operational installation, even without separate mention in each item. The execution of the contract is planned from approximately April 2026 (preparation of work and installation planning) to June 2027 (completion of all commissioning). Before the start of the construction work, the contractor will develop the technical specifications from the list of services during the detailed planning phase. The client will provide the necessary support. After approval of the technical specifications by the client, the construction permit will be issued. The scope of the contract also includes the integration of supplied materials into documentation, design, and installation.
