Hankinnan kohteena on sähköinen asukkaan ajanvarausohjelmistopalvelu (myöhemmin Ohjelmistopalvelu). Ohjelmistopalvelulla mahdollistetaan palvelun käyttäjille kansallisen kehityksen mukaisesti aikojen varaaminen, peruminen, siirtäminen ja vahvistaminen, sekä varattujen aikojen tarkastelu (ml. puolesta-asiointi). Ajanvarausjärjestelmän kattavat palvelut tulevat laajenemaan Itä-Uudenmaan hyvinvointialueella niin perusterveydenhuoltoon, suun terveydenhuoltoon kuin sosiaalihuoltoon.
