Legal Aid Queensland (LAQ) has committed to the sale of 44 Herschel Street as part of the Workplace Strategy 2025-2030. The sale of the owned-asset was approved by the LAQ Board in July 2025 which includes Brisbane CBD operations to consolidate into a single, fit-for-purpose back-of-house location, supported by a nearby front-of-house reception. LAQ is now seeking an experienced and professional Sales Agent to lead the sales campaign for their freehold building in the Brisbane CBD. The successful Sales Agent will work collaboratively with LAQ and its project team to deliver a successful sales process.
