This tender comprises two interconnected construction projects under the Masterplan Grøndalsparken – the cloudburst and restoration project on Sallingvej and Bellahøjvej. The projects will be carried out as one integrated construction project in a collaboration between TMF as the client, two consultant teams, and the winning contractor as further described in the Collaboration Agreement. The contractor will be involved early and will first participate in the design of the execution project as part of a joint team, where solutions are developed in close dialogue between the client, consultants, and contractor. This form of collaboration is intended to ensure that the project is buildable, efficient, and of high quality. Once the execution project is fully designed, the contractor will transition to the execution phase as the main contractor and will be responsible for the construction works on both projects. The goal is to create a unified, coherent solution where climate adaptation, restoration, and urban spaces are improved in a coordinated process – to the benefit of both the city and its citizens. The Sallingvej Project consists of three elements: cloudburst protection, road restoration, and urban space improvement measures. These three elements must be integrated into a holistic solution that combines climate adaptation, functionality, and urban quality. The total project area covers the following two sub-areas: 1. The stretch from Randbølvej to Limfjordsvej 2. The stretch from Jyllingevej to Lupinvej The project's three sub-elements are distributed across the sub-areas as follows: • Cloudburst protection covers the stretch from Randbølvej to Limfjordsvej. • Restoration covers the entire stretch from Jyllingevej to Lupinvej. • Urban space improvement measures cover both sub-areas and are integrated with planting, accessibility, and traffic improvements. The work includes the establishment of new rainwater systems, restoration of roads, cycle paths, and sidewalks to current standards, as well as improvement of urban spaces and green elements in accordance with Copenhagen Municipality's standards and the project's overall vision. The Bellahøjvej Project consists of four elements: cloudburst protection, restoration, a safe school route initiative, and greening measures. All four elements must be integrated into a holistic solution. The total project area covers the following three sub-areas: 1. Brønshøjvej between Fuglsangs Allé and Bellahøjvej 2. Bellahøjvej between Brønshøjvej and Slotsherrensvej 3. The green area at the corner of Bellahøjvej/Slotsherrensvej with bunkers/shelters. The project's four sub-elements are distributed across the sub-areas as follows: • Cloudburst protection covers all three sub-areas. • Greening measures cover only Bellahøjvej and Brønshøjvej. • Restoration covers only Bellahøjvej. • The safe school route initiative covers only the intersection of Bellahøjvej/Brønshøjvej.
