Predmet javnega naročila je Sanacija plazu na LC 450 141 Staro Velenje - Podkraj, ki zajema: - Izvedbo kamnite zložbe v dolžini 130m in višine 2 m do 7 m, - Rekonstrukcijo ceste v dolžini 150m z odvodnjavanjem. - Rekonstrukcija dovozne ceste. Rok gradnje: Gradnja mora biti končana v roku 90 dni od uvedbe izvajalca v delo. Izvajalec bo uveden v delo najkasneje 5 dni od podpisa pogodbe. Javno naročilo se financira s sredstvi rednega programa sanacije po poplavah iz leta 2023 zagotovljenih s strani Ministrstva za naravne vire in prostor. V primeru, da naročnik sredstev ne pridobi, lahko naročnik pogodbo razveže, o čemer bo naročnik izbranega izvajalca nemudoma obvestil. Pri obnovi ceste je potrebno upoštevati zahtevo skladno z Uredbo o zelenem javnem naročanju (Uradni list RS, št. 51/17, 64/19 in 121/21 z vsemi nadaljnjimi spremembami in dopolnitvami), da se pri gradnji vozišča ceste (vrnitvi vozišča v prvotno stanje) asfaltni granulat (rezkanec), ki je nastal ob prenovi te ceste ali je iz drugega vira, uporabi prioritetno za proizvodnjo novih bituminiziranih zmesi, podredno pa zlasti za plasti, stabilizirane s hidravličnim ali bitumenskim vezivom, tampon (vključno z bankinami), posteljico, nasipe ter zasipe, in sicer v količini, ki je potrebna.
