Renovation of the Old Town Hall, Bamberg, Technical Equipment Design (HOAI 2021 Part 4, Section 2, § 53 ff.) for system groups according to § 53 HOAI ALG 1 + 2 + 3 + 7 + 8 - Phased commissioning of basic services of LPH 1 to 9 The client assumes that LPH 4 will only be required in ALG 1. - for now only phase 1 with LPH 1 + 2 incl. associated special services - further phases according to contract template (after HAV-KOM) Special services - LPH 2 a) Preparation of a detailed cost estimate by system groups and trades b) Creation of the technical part of a room book in coordination with the object planner, for all parties involved in the construction to define qualities, technical and design goals for planning, cost estimation, tendering and settlement - LPH 3 a) Preparation of a detailed cost calculation by system groups and trades with detailed items b) Updating the technical part of the room book to clarify the individual items of the cost calculation c) Participation in the preparation of funding applications - LPH 8 a) Participation in the preparation of the proof of use beyond the basic service (esp. cost allocation by funding eligibility and final report) b) Support for the preparation of at least annual status reports on the progress of the construction measure The commissioning is intended according to the provision of funding and financial resources. There is no legal entitlement to commissioning, nor to commissioning with further phases or special services; No planning services according to HOAI Technical Equipment Design HVAC have been provided yet. It is assumed that with the present documents in the VgV the goal-finding phase according to BGB is completed. The essential information can be taken from the tender documents (Appendix 01+02+03). Further documents will only be made available to the selected bidders with the invitation in phase 2. Note: With the entry into force of the new version of HOAI 2021 on 01.01.2021, the binding to minimum and maximum rates has been lifted. The HOAI 2021 fee tables show orientation values. The fee is based on the agreement that the contracting parties conclude in text form. The client points out that according to § 7 HOAI, a higher or lower fee than the orientation values set out in the HOAI fee tables can be agreed upon. If no agreement is reached, the respective basic fee rate is considered agreed for the basic services. High professional requirements are placed on the applicants. Comprehensive knowledge of monument preservation and historical construction methods is assumed, as well as many years of experience as a structural engineer in the planning and engineering control of the renovation of comparable monuments. The renovation or repair of the listed building structure must be carried out taking into account the monument preservation aspects. The task requires as a basic prerequisite close cooperation with the object planning, other specialist planners and special experts (e.g. structural engineer and technical equipment ELT, landscape planner, restorers of various disciplines, official workshops and representatives of monument protection BlfD / UDB), appraisers and special experts (e.g. pollutants, wood protection, building research, building physics, fire protection, geologists, SiGeKo, etc.) as well as the integration of specialist contributions, plans and expert reports from other technically involved parties.
