Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Erbringung von Planungsleistungen für die Objektplanung Gebäude (§ 34 HOAI, Leistungsphasen 1-9) für ein Objekt. Neben den Grundleistungen nach HOAI ist die Vergabe Besonderer Leistungen ebenfalls Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens. Weitere Einzelheiten entnehmen Sie bitte dem den Vergabeunterlagen beigefügten Architektenvertrag. Die Besonderen Leistungen sind in der Anlage 2 des Architektenvertrags beschrieben und aufgelistet. Es ist stufenweise Vergabe dieser Leistungen vorgesehen: In der Leistungsstufe 1 sollen die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 4 sowie die in diesen Phasen erforderlichen Besonderen Leistungen beauftragt werden. In der Leistungsstufe 2 ist die Vergabe der Leistungsphasen 5 bis 9 sowie der in diesen Phasen erforderlichen Besonderen Leistungen beabsichtigt. Die Beauftragung der Leistungsstufe 2 steht unter der aufschiebenden Bedingung, dass der Auftraggeber diese schriftlich oder in Textform im Wege der Auftragserweiterung abruft. Auf die Beauftragung der über die Leistungsstufe 1 hinausgehenden Leistungen/Stufen besteht insofern kein Rechtsanspruch.
