Original language: GermanDas Studentenwerk Chemnitz-Zwickau plant das Studentenwohnheim in der Reichenhainer Straße 51 in Chemnitz umfassend zu sanieren, umzubauen und zu modernisieren. In dem Wohnheim sollen nach der Sanierung ca. 140 Einzelappartements mit eigenen Bädern und Miniküchen entstehen. Neben den 140 Wohneinheiten sollen auch zwei behindertengerechte Appartements und zwei Betreuerzimmer sowie ein Gemeinschaftsbereich (Community Lounge) entstehen. Die Entkernung des Gebäudes wird durch das Studentenwerk Chemnitz-Zwickau im Vorfeld durchgeführt und ist nicht Leistungsbestandteil. Die Planung und die Sanierung werden als Gesamtvergabe an einen Totalunternehmer-/-übernehmer (in Anlehnung an ein ÖPP-Inhabermodell ohne Endfinanzierung) im Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb vergeben. Die Vergütung der Planungs- und Sanierungsleistungen erfolgt abweichend von der VOB/B über Abschlagszahlungen zu festgelegten Meilensteinen.
