Original language: GermanGegenstand des vorliegenden Vergabeverfahrens ist die Vergabe von Leistungen der Fachplanung Technische Gebäudeausrüstung, Anlagengruppen 1 bis 3 und 8 (HLS) nach § 55 HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 15.1. Die Beauftragung des im Rahmen dieses Vergabeverfahrens ausgewählten Planers erfolgt ab Leistungsphase 1 HOAI (Stufe 1: Leistungsphasen 1 HOAI bis 4 HOAI; Stufe 2: Leistungsphasen 5 HOAI bis 9 HOAI). Es ist eine stufenweise Beauftragung beabsichtigt; ein Anspruch auf Weiterbeauftragung besteht nicht. Die Grobkosten für die Baumaßnahme sollen max. 5,1 Mio. EUR brutto (KG 200-500, 700) betragen. Die Planungen sollen ab sofort beginnen. Es ist eine einzelgewerkeweise Ausschreibung und Vergabe geplant. Die Fertigstellung soll bis 2028 erfolgen.
