Original language: GermanDie Stadt Bamberg beabsichtigt das Jugendzentrum zu sanieren und um einen Neubau zu ergänzen. Das ehemalige Fabrikgebäude aus dem Jahre 1911 ist unterkellert und hat 3 Geschosse und ein nicht ausgebautes Dachgeschoss. Die ebenfalls vorhandene Skaterhalle ist eingeschossig und wurde 1966 ergänzt. Der Neubau soll an die östliche Giebelwand des Hauptgebäudes angebaut werden. Die bestehenden Fundamente sind nicht ausreichend gegründet und müssen unterfangen werden.
