Original language: GermanDer Raumflugbetrieb betreibt im Geb. 140/03 ein Rechenzentrum. Um einen sicheren Betrieb für die nächsten 10 sicherzustellen, sind folgende Sanierungsmaßnahmen geplant: — Austausch und Anpassung einer bestehenden unterbrechungsfreien Stromversorgungsanlage für höhere Verfügbarkeit. — Anpassen von stromführenden Komponenten und Leitungswegen. — Rückbau einer nicht mehr benötigten Sauerstoffreduktionsanlage zum Brandschutz. — Austausch und Anpassung der Automationstechnik /Gebäudeautomation. — Einbau von Zähl- und Messeinrichtungen. — Rückbau und Neuaufbau von Kälteanlagen im Innen- und Außenbereich inkl. Rohrleitungen und Peripherie. — Umluftkühlgeräte in Serverräumen ersetzen, sowie Anpassung der Luftführung. Die Sanierungsmaßnahme der Versorgungs-, MSR- und Elektrotechnik soll einen sicheren Rechenzentrumsbetrieb für die nächsten 10 Jahre ermöglichen und die Effizienz insgesamt steigern. Dem Projekt liegt eine Kostenschätzung für die Herstellungskosten von ca. 2 Mio. € netto zu Grunde. In diesem Betrag sind keine Baunebenkosten enthalten. Die Projektlaufzeit (Planung und Ausführung) ist im Zeitraum Anfang 2026 bis 2028 geplant. Es ist beabsichtigt mit dieser Ausschreibung folgende Leistungen zu beauftragen: Leistungen der Planung der Technischen Ausrüstung, Anlagengruppe 4, Lph. 2-3 und 5-9 gemäß §§ 53 ff. HOAI. Zunächst werden in der Beauftragungsstufe 1a die Leistungsphasen 2 und 3 (Vorplanung und Entwurfsplanung) gemäß § 55 HOAI, bzw. gem. Anlage des Vertrags beauftragt. Ein Rechtsanspruch auf Gesamtbeauftragung besteht nicht.
