Refurbishment of the JVG gymnasium and swimming pool_HLS

The subject of the contract are services for Technical Equipment ALG 1-3, 7 & 8 (HLS), LPH 1-9 with phased commissioning. If necessary, various special services will be commissioned. The Johann-Vanotti-Gymnasium Ehingen is a general education grammar school in Ehingen an der Donau. In addition to the new 3-field sports hall completed in 2017, the old gymnasium with a swimming hall (learning pool) is available for school sports and numerous clubs. The old gymnasium was built in 1965 and had its flat roof renovated in 2000. The single-field hall and the learning pool, as well as a gymnastics room in the basement below, are to be energetically refurbished. This also includes changing rooms, washrooms, utility and technical rooms, sanitary facilities, and equipment and sanitary rooms. The new 3-field sports hall and the school building are not part of the procedure. The hall is built on a slope and only partially has a basement. The height extends over two floors for the sports hall with spectator stands. The total usable area includes 901.5 m² on the ground floor and 1021.16 m² in the basement. The single-field hall with 33x18 m and the learning pool with 13.30 x 21.50 m are used for school sports and sports clubs. The existing building structure is to receive a renewed building envelope (walls, windows, roof) and building services. The existing building is solidly constructed and has a flat roof. The roof and all concrete components are to be checked for structural damage and upgraded to new energy standards. The existing PV system is to be dismantled and reinstalled. There is a district heating connection and the heat distribution is currently via heat distribution surfaces, which need to be renewed. The electrical installations are outdated and must be adapted to new safety standards. The lighting is to be converted to innovative and sustainable solutions. The building services connect both functional units of the sports and swimming hall and are to be refurbished in phases during ongoing school operations. The ventilation of the swimming pool has already been renewed; for the gymnasium, it needs to be overhauled for energy efficiency. The swimming pool technology is to be replaced sustainably. The city of Ehingen has already commissioned preparatory measures for soil investigations and contamination analysis. Implementation is scheduled to begin in 2026 and be completed by the end of 2028. Planning should ensure that LPH3 will be completed by the deadline for the intended funding measure in October of this year.
