Renovation and modernization of the Sievekingplatz criminal justice building

Sprinkenhof GmbH intends to carry out the sewer rehabilitation and partial reconstruction of the sewage system into a separate system in the entire court building at Sievekingplatz 3. For this purpose, sewer inspections have already been carried out in recent years, and partial reconstruction and renovation work has also been carried out. These measures are part of the modernization and larger reconstruction measures of the criminal justice building. The listed criminal justice building is Hamburg's central criminal court and has high-security areas. A complete cessation of operations during the construction phase is not possible. Uninterrupted partial operation must be maintained during the construction phase and coordinated safely with the court operations. The necessary preparations and work can only take place in coordinated time windows due to their limitations for the otherwise ongoing operations and the user. A particular challenge for planning and structural implementation arises from the high security requirements and the confined spatial conditions of the inner courtyards. A plan with the area to be processed is attached. Before viewing, the compliance declaration (Annex TNW 5) must be signed. The measure is to be planned, tendered, and supervised in one go. In addition, the relocations and reorganizations in the course of the conversion to a separate system must be coordinated with the MEP planner. They are responsible for all lines in the building and under the floor slab. The transfer of responsibility begins from 1.00 m from the edge of the building shell. The commissioning of the service is planned: Object planning for civil engineering structures, Part 3, Section 3, §§ 41 to 44 HOAI 2021. The scope of services includes service phases 1-9 and is to be assigned to fee zone III, medium rate. The attributable costs are estimated at a net of €850,000 based on an initial rough estimate. The required planning services for the project will be commissioned in stages. The commissioning will be carried out in 3 stages, with the individual service phases divided among the stages as follows: -Stage 1: Service phases 1 – 4 (Basic investigation, preliminary planning, design planning, approval planning) -Stage 2: Service phases 5 – 7 (Execution planning, preparation of award, participation in award) -Stage 3: Service phase 8 – 9 (Object supervision – construction supervision and documentation, object support) Upon award, Stage 1 will be commissioned.
