Sanitaire voorzieningen Opdrachtgever: Gemeente Lelystad Dienstverlening betreft levering, verzorging, montage, plaatsing, service en onderhoud van sanitaire voorzieningen (hardware) inclusief de bijbehorende verbruiksartikelen (vullingen) op de opgegeven locaties van Gemeente Lelystad. De volgende werkzaamheden vallen onder de dienstverleningsovereenkomst: • leveren en installeren van nieuwe hardware; • repareren/vervangen van niet of niet-goed functionerende hardware gedurende de looptijd van de overeenkomst; • op verzoek van de Opdrachtgever bijplaatsen of verwijderen van hardware; • voorraadbeheer van op locaties aanwezige voorraden van disposables/vullingen; • leveren van disposables/vullingen; • periodiek vervangen, ledigen en reinigen van dames hygiëneboxen; • periodiek vervangen van luchtverfrissing(capsules) en batterijen; • periodiek vervangen van schoonloop matten • repareren/opvullen van gaten in de muur na verwijdering hardware aan het eind van de dienstverleningsovereenkomst.
