Sanitary and drainage pipe works

This tender concerns the comprehensive renovation and new construction of sanitary and drainage systems, along with the establishment of water supply facilities, water intake points, and infiltration areas (basins) across an approximately 4-hectare site. The scope of work includes the decommissioning, sealing, dismantling, and demolition of existing underground pipelines, sewer sections, and drainage systems. This involves approximately 6,500 cubic meters of earthworks and the disposal of 1,000 tons of construction and demolition waste, as well as 2,000 cubic meters of excavated material categorized by various contamination levels. Furthermore, the project entails the new construction of 320 meters of sewer lines, approximately 1,800 meters of water pipes, 50 manholes, and 400 cubic meters of infiltration layers. Repair work on the existing sewer system and infiltration shafts is also part of the contract. In addition to the construction phase, the tender includes a maintenance contract for inspection and upkeep, which is intended to be concluded for a duration of 4 years following the successful acceptance of the completed facilities. This project is critical for upgrading and ensuring the long-term functionality of essential infrastructure on the designated site.
