Sanitary and Heating Works, Fire Station South Neuss-Hoisten

This tender concerns the execution of sanitary, heating, and related technical installations for the new Fire Station South in Neuss-Hoisten. The scope of work is divided into several key areas. Firstly, the project includes the installation of wastewater, water, and gas systems. Wastewater pipes will be constructed using mineral-reinforced PP pipes, spanning approximately 460 meters in diameters ranging from DN50 to DN150. Potable water lines will be made of stainless steel, totaling around 1430 meters in diameters from DN12 to DN40. This section also covers the installation of approximately 145 sanitary fixtures, including toilets, accessible toilets, washbasins, urinals, and sink basins. A fresh water station with circulation will be implemented for hot water supply. Secondly, the tender involves the setup of compressed air systems, including generation and a network of approximately 500 meters. Thirdly, fire extinguishing pipeline systems are required, comprising one feed point, five withdrawal points, and one riser. Finally, the project encompasses thermal engineering systems. This includes a brine-water heat pump with an output of approximately 80 kW and a gas condensing unit with an output of approximately 150 kW. The associated pipe network, made of stainless steel, will extend for about 1350 meters. Furthermore, underfloor heating will be installed across approximately 1900 square meters, which will be supplied with free cooling during the summer months. This comprehensive project aims to equip the new fire station with modern and efficient utility systems.
