The City of Puchheim is planning a comprehensive renovation of the Mittelschule (middle school) located on Lagerstraße. This project, designated as BA 1, focuses specifically on the complete renewal of the sanitary installations within the school building. The scope of work includes the replacement of wastewater pipes, which will be executed using SML (cast iron) and plastic pipes, with diameters ranging from DN50 to DN150 for SML and DN50 to DN100 for plastic. Water supply lines will be constructed from stainless steel (VA), totaling approximately 605 meters. To ensure optimal drinking water hygiene, the water lines will be looped through to the final withdrawal points, and a forced flushing system will be installed at the end of each branch. Hot water will be supplied exclusively to cleaning rooms, accessible toilets for individuals with disabilities, and staff kitchens, generated by electric instantaneous water heaters. Sanitary fixtures will be made of porcelain. Notably, the project will incorporate dry urinals. Key quantities include approximately 255 meters of SML pipes, 130 meters of plastic wastewater pipes, 605 meters of stainless steel water pipes, 37 WC units, 30 washbasin units, 17 dry urinals, and one accessible toilet facility. The project also involves the removal of 100 meters of cast iron pipes and 90 meters of galvanized water pipes. Additionally, the scope includes two fire department connections for dry fire extinguishing lines and eight withdrawal points for these lines.
