Изискванията към изпълнението са подробно описани в Техническата спецификация на ВЪЗЛОЖИТЕЛЯ – Приложение № 1. *** Срокове за изпълнение: - Срок за доставка на SAP облачните лицензи – до 4 (четири) работни дни след получаване на писмена заявка за доставка от Възложителя. - Срок на валидност на SAP облачните лицензи – 36 (тридесет и шест) месеца, считано от датата на активиране, посочена в заявката за доставка. *** Участникът следва да предостави оторизационно писмо или друг документ, удостоверяващ право за предоставяне на услуги по доставка на продукти на SAP за територията на Република България от производителя или от официалния представител на SAP SE за Република България. *** Поставеното изискване за оторизация на етап подаване на оферти, се обосновава от предмета на поръчката и представлява гаранция за нейното своевременно и качествено изпълнение. В случай, че бъде избран изпълнител, на когото му бъде отказана оторизация от производителя, това може да доведе до забавяне на изпълнението на обществената поръчка, както и до нейното прекратяване. Според заключенията на Върховния административен съд ,,изискването за оторизация само по себе си не е ограничително, доколкото е гаранция за качество и надеждност на извършваната дейност. В обичайната търговска практика оторизацията става въз основа на договор, който може да бъде директно с производителя или с друг икономически субект, упълномощен да оторизира от името на производителя‘‘.
