Закупівля проводиться керуючись п. 8 Постанови КМУ від 11.11.2022 № 1275 «Деякі питання здійснення оборонних закупівель на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану» (зі змінами та доповненнями), а саме в порядку проведення спрощеної закупівлі, визначеної Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», в електронній системі закупівель.
