Description
Satellite Orthomosaics in Finland National Land Survey of Finland (NLS) is planning to purchase satellite orthomosaics covering areas especially in Eastern Finland. The aim is to
acquire satellite-based orthomosaics from areas where GNSS interference occurs, and aerial imaging is impossible.
The acquisition time for the orthoimages is from May to August in 2026. The orthoimages must be snow free with minimum cloud coverage. The orthoimages must have good contrast and natural colors. The maximum resolution of the orthoimage is 0.5m.
Orthoimages must be mosaicked seamlessly and delivered as 6*6km grids that are fully covered, with minimum four bands (Red (R), Green (G), Blue (B) and Near InfraRed (Nir). The resolution of the orthomosaics must be 0.5m. The orthomosaics must be delivered fully processed including radiometric correction, georectification, and orthorectification (i.e., GIS-ready mosaic) following the requirements listed in the call for tenders.
