Published by Ministry of Housing and Public Works, Public Works Department (PWD). Procuring Entity: Savar Public Works Division. Remaining works of Construction of Dhamrai Upazilla Model Mosque and Islamic Cultural Center (3 Storied Building with 3 storied Foundation) at Dhamrai, Dhaka under the Project of Establishing 560 Model Mosques and Islamic Cultural Centers each and every Zila and Upazila of Bangladesh. Procurement Method: NCT Open Tendering Method. Budget and Source of Funds: Development Budget GOB. Eligibility Requirements: a. The minimum number of yrs of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 05 (Five) yrs.

b. Having minimum experience as a prime Contractor/Subcontractor/Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of similar work/Building construction work of BDT not less than 350.00 (Three Hundred and Fifty) Lac in a single contract within last 05 (five) yrs in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. Yrs counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.

c. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 (five) financial years of Tk. 650.00 (Six Hundred and Fifty) Lac. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with the tender in support of construction turnover.

d. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 200.00 (Two Hundred) Lac. Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form ePW3-8 without any alteration uploaded in BPPA website must be submitted for this purpose.

e. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 400.00 (Four Hundred) Lac

f. VAT will be deducted as per the updated instructions of the NBR.

g. The tenderer must posses
i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
iii) Up-to-date trade license.
iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB.
