THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION. Leicester City Council (the 'Authority') is commissioning a Housing Support for people who use drugs and alcohol for Leicester. The contract is anticipated to commence on 01/07/2027 with tenders sought in November 2026. Further to previous market engagements undertaken earlier this year, the Authority is holding a online market engagement session on Tuesday 3rd November 2026 at 14:30 - 15:30. Offering potential suppliers an opportunity to consider the proposed service model and specification and provide their views. This process does not constitute a formal tender or other competitive bidding process and will not result in the letting of a Contract. The authority is using this process solely to engage with the market regarding the service scope and model.
