Description

Competition Pool: Brooklyn Catchment 3 - Dist 13, 15Through this award for School-Based Early Support services, ACS intends to offer families a menu of flexible service options that strive to connect families to community resources through case management, address families concrete needs, support parents/caregivers, and avoid unnecessary investigations. This award includes an additional 25% unallocated funding for the allowance initiative that applies to all human services contracts Citywide. The contract term is from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2027, with two 3-year renewal options.

Special Case Determination not required because procurement is for Client/Human Services and is the preferred method under PPB Rule 3-01 (c).
