De doelstelling van deze opdracht is om in de komende jaren te beschikken over een schoon en representatief huis van Waalre. Dit houdt in dat een hygiënische en schone werkomgeving wordt gerealiseerd en in stand gehouden in het kantoorpand van de gemeente en de stichting, inclusief de glasbewassing. De schoonmaakwerkzaamheden worden daarbij zodanig uitgevoerd dat medewerkers hiervan zo min mogelijk hinder ondervinden. Het doel van schoonmaak is het creëren van een schone en prettige omgeving voor zowel medewerkers als bezoekers van het huis van Waalre.
De primaire doelstelling van de gemeente is het behoud van het huidige resultaatgerichte schoonmaakniveau, inclusief de flexibiliteit en de snelle opvolging van aanwijzingen.
De overeenkomst wordt aangegaan voor een periode van minimaal vier (4) jaar met tweemaal een optionele eenzijdige verlenging van één (1) jaar tot een totaal maximum van zes (6) jaar. De ingangsdatum van de overeenkomst is 1 januari 2027.
