De doelstelling van deze opdracht is om in de komende jaren te beschikken over een schoon en representatief huis van Waalre. Dit houdt in dat een hygiënische en schone werkomgeving wordt gerealiseerd en in stand gehouden in het kantoorpand van de gemeente en de stichting, inclusief de glasbewassing. De schoonmaakwerkzaamheden worden daarbij zodanig uitgevoerd dat medewerkers hiervan zo min mogelijk hinder ondervinden.
