Cleaning services town hall municipality Gemert-Bakel Client: Bizob The objective of the assignment is to ensure a hygienic and clean working environment in the municipality's office building, with minimal disruption to employees from the cleaning activities. Furthermore, the municipality considers it important that people with a distance to the labor market and disabled individuals participate in the work process. On the grounds of Article 2.82 of the Procurement Act 2012, participation in this tender procedure is reserved for sheltered workshops, companies whose main objective is the social and professional integration of disabled or disadvantaged individuals, or protected work programs. The condition is that at least 30% of the employees within the relevant sheltered workshop, company, or program consists of disabled or disadvantaged employees. The municipality of Gemert-Bakel strives for a hygienic, visibly clean, healthy, and pleasant (working) environment for all employees, visitors, and users of the town hall. This must be achieved with minimal disruption from cleaning activities, so that daily operations can proceed undisturbed. To achieve this objective, the municipality will enter into an agreement with one service provider. The agreement will be concluded for a period of two (2) years with the option to extend twice (2) for two (2) years each time. The start date of the agreement is April 1, 2027.
