Deze opdracht is voorbehouden aan sociale werkplaatsen en sociale ondernemingen als bedoeld in Artikel 2.82 Aw 2012. Deelname is uitsluitend toegestaan aan ondernemingen die:
- als primair organisatiedoel hebben: het bevorderen van maatschappelijke en professionele integratie van mensen met een arbeidsbeperking of een kwetsbare positie op de arbeidsmarkt; en
- waarvan minimaal 30% van de medewerkers behoort tot deze doelgroep, ongeacht of zij in loondienst zijn of via een duurzame vorm van inleenconstructie werkzaam zijn.
