Once this maximum value is reached, further use of the framework agreement will be governed by specific articles of the Public Procurement Act 2012 (articles 2.163a to 2.163g). If these provisions can no longer be invoked, the framework agreement will cease to be effective, regardless of its remaining duration. In such cases, or if the maximum value is reached or is about to be exceeded, the municipality will terminate the agreement with one month's notice, without any entitlement to compensation for the contractor.
