Schuldhulpverlening Opdrachtgever: Gemeente Velsen Het doel van deze opdracht is het contracteren van een partij die invulling geeft aan wat de Wet gemeentelijke schuldhulpverlening (Wgs) bepaalt voor schuldhulpverlening aan inwoners en aan de hieronder beschreven inhoud van de opdracht. Onder inwoners verstaan we naast particulieren ook ondernemers, zijnde natuurlijke personen die privé aansprakelijk zijn voor hun schulden. Daarnaast willen we met deze opdracht invulling geven aan de taak van het financieel ontzorgen op 5 vaste lasten van statushouders, zoals omschreven in de Wet Inburgering 2021. Ook willen wij met deze opdracht bijdragen aan de financiële zelfredzaamheid van statushouders door middel van individuele budgetcoaching. De kern van de opdracht is het uitvoeren van schuldhulpverleningstrajecten voor inwoners met problematische schulden.
