De aan te besteden opdracht betreft het aangaan van een raamovereenkomst met één tot maximaal drie opdrachtnemer(s) voor het uitvoeren van specifieke werkzaamheden van het schuldregelingsproces voor (ex-)ondernemers binnen de deelnemende gemeenten. De werkzaamheden van de opdrachtnemer(s) omvatten: • verifiëren en vaststellen van de totale schuldenpositie; • uitvoering van de kennisgeving, verificatie- en saneringsfase, onderdelen van een minnelijk schuldregelingstraject; • begeleiding richting een WSNP-aanvraag indien nodig (voorbereiding, dossieropbouw en procesbegeleiding); • afstemming met het ZLF over voortgang, knelpunten en bijsturing; • structurele en transparante rapportage over doorlooptijden, aantallen en resultaten. De geraamde omvang van de opdracht bedraagt circa €500.000 exclusief btw per jaar. Deze prognose is gebaseerd op de gerealiseerde inzet, kosten en werkwijze in voorgaande jaren. De overeenkomst wordt aangegaan voor een periode van vier jaar.
