KVK is bezig met een digitale transformatie om producten en diensten beter toegankelijk te maken voor ondernemers. Wij zijn op zoek naar een tijdelijke Scrummaster. De opdracht betreft een Scrummaster die complexe materie eenvoudig kan vertalen, samenwerking en innovatie bevordert, en in staat is het team te ondersteunen bij het behalen van optimale resultaten, met als doel dat opdrachtnemer diens specifieke expertise van scrumprocessen in zet om de bestaande processen te analyseren en optimaliseren zodat deze voldoen aan de gestelde eisen vanuit het transformatieprogramma. Hierbij worden de volgende activiteiten uitgevoerd:- Het vertalen van complexe materie naar heldere analyses en het communiceren hiervan naar betrokkenen (Product Owners, teamleden en externe partijen);- Het bevorderen van samenwerking binnen het team en het cre?ren van een werkomgeving met focus op feedback en innovatie;- Het faciliteren van scrumprocessen en -events (zoals retrospectives), en het optimaliseren van deze processen samen met andere Scrum Masters;- Het wegnemen van obstakels die de voortgang van het werk belemmeren;- Het ondersteunen van Product Owners bij de invulling van hun rol, zonder sturing over hun werkzaamheden;- Het herkennen van mogelijke conflicten binnen het team en het zoeken naar oplossingsrichtingen;waarbij de volgende resultaten opgeleverd worden:- Duidelijke en begrijpelijke analyses die effectief gecommuniceerd worden naar alle betrokkenen;- Verbeterde samenwerking binnen het team, met een werkomgeving die innovatie en feedback stimuleert;- Geoptimaliseerde scrumprocessen en effectieve uitvoering van Scrum events, zoals retrospectives;- Obstakels die de voortgang belemmeren worden tijdig verwijderd;- Product Owners krijgen de juiste ondersteuning bij hun rol, zonder overname van verantwoordelijkheden;- Conflicten binnen het team worden snel herkend en effectief opgelost;- Effici?nte afronding van opdrachten en zorgvuldige kennisoverdracht, wat heeft bijgedragen aan de duurzame borging van kennis binnen het team. De opdracht eindigt wanneer de gevraagde resultaten opgeleverd zijn, waarbij geldt dat uitloop mogelijk is afhankelijk van de voortgang van de opdracht.
