Gemeente ?s-Hertogenbosch is bezig met het versterken van haar architectuurfunctie. Dit wordt agile aangepakt met een vast scrumteam als basis. Afhankelijk van het onderwerp en de fase worden hier steeds wisselende stakeholders bij betrokken, met als doel een blijvende verandering in gang te zetten. Om het tempo van het team te kunnen verhogen is het scrumteam op zoek naar tijdelijke versterking. Die versterking moet in ieder geval kennis en ervaring van buiten naar binnen brengen op het gebied van architectuur. En we hebben het dan over architectuur in brede zin (bedrijfs-, informatie, -technisch, -data), waarbij het vooral gaat om het kunnen meedenken met het team over principes, modellen, processen etc. Daarnaast verwachten we van de kandidaat een actieve bijdrage aan het team bij het leveren van resultaat: stukken uitschrijven, modellen of praatplaten maken, presentaties voorbereiden en geven, uitzoekwerk. We zoeken dus geen adviseur, maar een hands-on teamlid die mee denkt ?n mee werkt. We hebben een aantal vaste meetings en tijd voor samenwerken wekelijks op de dinsdagochtend. Fysieke aanwezigheid is een must. De overige tijd kan er ook hybride worden gewerkt.
