El reverso de la medalla deberá llevar moldeado, en la parte central, el logotipo oficial del Gobierno de la República de Honduras – Instituto Hondureño de Turismo, la fecha 06/09/2026 y la leyenda "SEGUNDA EDICIÓN" integradas al diseño mediante relieve moldeado (fundido), con el mismo acabado dorado satinado de la medalla.
