Items: - Contracting of 1 CONSULTANT called "FORMULATOR AND SUPERVISOR OF EDUCATIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS PROMINE OF THE GENERAL DIRECTORATE OF SCHOOL CONSTRUCTIONS AND REAL ESTATE", who must accredit the following requirements with their resume: Proven experience of at least 3 years in community participation implementation projects, local governments, or other organizations in support of State Institutions. • Have at least 5 years of experience as an Architect / Civil Engineer in the infrastructure area * Experience in project formulation • Experience in maintenance and construction of educational infrastructure and its equipment General Experience: Have at least 3 years of experience as an Architect/Civil Engineer in the infrastructure area. With experience in surveying and calculating quantities of work. Specific Experience: Experience in topographic surveys. • Experience in architectural design of construction projects, infrastructure renovations, and preparation of construction plans will be considered a plus. • Experience in supervision of equipped infrastructure projects. • Ability to prepare technical reports, diagnoses. • Knowledge and experience in the use of computer packages, Microsoft Office. • Knowledge and experience in AutoCAD, REVIT, LUMION, SKETCHUP will be considered a plus.
