Items: - Purchase requested: High-precision flow and gas analyzer for functional verification of mechanical ventilators and anesthesia machines, capable of measuring flow, volume, pressure, respiratory rate, and oxygen concentration. It must include a module or accessory for measuring anesthetic gas concentration, a test lung, and a backup or spare oxygen cell. Multiparameter vital signs monitor analyzer, intended for the functional verification of patient monitors used in adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations. The equipment must allow the generation of physiological signals for testing the parameters available on the monitors, including 12-lead ECG, heart rate, respiration, non-invasive blood pressure (NIBP), invasive blood pressure (IBP), SpO2, and temperature, according to the functions offered. It must include the necessary cables, adapters, accessories, and elements for performing the tests. 1. They must comply with the following indications: Official technical datasheets from the manufacturer corresponding to the offered models must be presented, where the requested technical characteristics can be verified. 2. User and operation manuals for each analyzer must be provided in Spanish and/or English. 3. The offeror must present current proof of being an authorized distributor, representative, or channel for the offered brand. 4. A letter of obsolescence issued by the manufacturer must be presented, indicating the estimated period of support, spare parts, and updates for the offered model. 5. Each analyzer must be delivered with a current calibration certificate traceable to recognized national or international standards. 6. The equipment must have a minimum warranty of one (1) year. 7. Availability of calibration service, technical support, spare parts, sensors, cells, cables, adapters, and software/firmware updates necessary for the equipment's operation must be guaranteed for a minimum period of five (5) years. 8. In case of equipment breakdown or failure, the supplier must guarantee a response time for fault handling and diagnosis of no more than seventy-two (72) hours, counted from the formal notification by the institution. 9. The equipment must include metrology management software for the registration and control of calibrations and verifications performed. 10. The gas and ventilation analyzer must have a backup O2 cell or include a compatible spare O2 cell. 11. The equipment must include a suitable carrying case or briefcase for its protection and transport. 12. The equipment must be delivered with all necessary accessories for its correct operation and performance of the tests specified by the manufacturer. 13. Training for Biomedical personnel on the correct use and handling of the equipment must be provided by qualified technical personnel. 14. Delivery must include installation, configuration, commissioning, and functional verification of the equipment by qualified technical personnel. 15. The equipment must be new, original, and not refurbished, indicating the brand, model, serial number, and year of manufacture at the time of delivery. 16. The Biomedical Department may perform technical and functional verification of the equipment, accessories, and documentation supplied at the time of receipt, in order to verify compliance with the offered technical specifications. The offeror must submit along with their offer the official manufacturer's technical datasheet, user manual, and other technical documentation corresponding to the offered model, where compliance with the requested technical specifications can be verified. For each characteristic offered, the document and page where said information is supported must be clearly indicated. Declarations of compliance that are not supported by official manufacturer technical documentation will not be considered sufficient.
