Requerimientos para cumplir: **************************** a. Los interesados en participar en los procesos de compras menores deberán estar inscritos en el portal de Honducompras 1.0. **************************** b- las empresas participantes, deberán remitir las ofertas originales a la siguiente dirección: Edificio Cuerpo Bajo C, quinto piso, Departamento de Servicios Generales, ENEE, centro cívico gubernamental, Tegucigalpa M.D.C. o al correo cotizaciones@enee.hn **************************** c. Las empresas participantes deberán presentar su oferta conforme a las condiciones especiales establecidas por la ENEE, publicada en la plataforma de honducompras 1.0. **************************** d. Las ofertas deberán ser entregadas en el lugar, día y hora señalados en el aviso de publicación en la plataforma de Honducompras 1.0. Las cotizaciones deberán presentarse en sobre cerrado y en el exterior colocar el número de proceso respectivo fecha y hora de apertura. **************************** e. Las ofertas presentadas deberán ser firmadas y selladas por el representante legal de la empresa o la persona designada por ellos, es obligatorio adjuntar las especificaciones técnicas de lo ofertado, describir el impuesto respectivo (si aplica); el tiempo de entrega es condición determinante al momento de la adjudicación, así mismo indicar el tiempo de garantía (si aplica) y la validez de las ofertas. **************************** f. Es de carácter obligatorio cumplir con las fechas de entregas plasmadas en las ofertas, caso contrario al incumplimiento la Administración aplicará una multa al contratista, en cumplimiento a Memorando GARC-ENEE-124-IV-2026. Sera un porcentaje (0.36%) diario y se notificarán a la oficina normativa de contrataciones y adquisiciones del estado (O.N.C.A.E.) **************************** g. los procesos de compra se apertura con fundamento en lo establecidos en el artículo 103 de las Disposiciones Generales del Presupuesto, Umbrales y Modalidades de Contratación. **************************** h.
