Items: - SE SOLICITA PRESENTACIÓN DE PROPUESTA TÉCNICA Y ECONÓMICA PARA LA CONTRATACIÓN DE CONTRATACIÓN DE UN CONSULTOR (A) INDIVIDUAL PARA ACTIVIDADES RELACIONADAS A LA CARTA ACUERDO DEL PROYECTO FORTALECIMIENTO DE LAS CAPACIDADES ADAPTIVAS DE LAS COMUNIDADES VULNERABLES DE LA CUENCA GOASCORAN DE EL SALVADOR Y HONDURAS A TRAVES DE PRACTICAS Y SERVICIOS INTEGRALES DE ADAPTACION BASADOS EN LAS COMUNIDADES. ZONA DE INTERVENCION 5 MUNICIPIOS DE LA PAZ Y 2 DE VALLE. OBJETIVO DE LA CONSULTORIA: GARANTIZAR LA EJECUCIÓN, EL SEGUIMIENTO Y EL ALINEAMIENTO TÉCNICO DE LAS ACTIVIDADES DE CAMPO ASIGNADAS A LA DIRECCIÓN DE CIENCIA Y TECNOLOGÍA AGROPECUARIA (DICTA), ASEGURANDO EL CUMPLIMIENTO DE LAS METAS PROGRAMADAS Y LA CALIDAD DE LOS PRODUCTOS ENTREGABLES BAJO LOS ESTÁNDARES DEL PROYECTO Y LA SERNA. REQUISITOS MINIMO: FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA: PROFESIONAL CON FORMACIÓN EN EL ÁREA AGROPECUARIA O DE DESARROLLO RURAL (EJ. INGENIERÍA AGRONÓMICA, O CARRERAS AFINES) Y CON SÓLIDA CAPACITACIÓN EN EXTENSIÓN RURAL, CONSERVACIÓN DE SUELOS Y MICROCUENCAS. EXPERIENCIA: A) MÍNIMO QUINCE (15) AÑOS DE EXPERIENCIA LABORAL EN EL SECTOR PÚBLICO, PRIVADO U ORGANISMOS NO GUBERNAMENTALES (ONGS), LIDERANDO LA EJECUCIÓN DE PROYECTOS AGRÍCOLAS, DE DESARROLLO RURAL INTEGRAL Y COORDINACIÓN TÉCNICA DE CAMPO EN ZONAS FRONTERIZAS Y DE LADERA. B) MÍNIMO DIEZ (10) AÑOS DE EXPERIENCIA EN LA COORDINACIÓN INSTITUCIONAL DE PROGRAMAS GUBERNAMENTALES DEL SECTOR PÚBLICO AGROPECUARIO, INCLUYENDO LA DIRECCIÓN DE CENTROS DE ENTRENAMIENTO AGRÍCOLA Y LA COORDINACIÓN DEPARTAMENTAL DE EQUIPOS TÉCNICOS. C) EXPERIENCIA PRÁCTICA EN PROCESOS FORMATIVOS MEDIANTE EDUCACIÓN POPULAR, AGRICULTURA ORGÁNICA, EXTENSIÓN RURAL ORIENTADA A PEQUEÑOS PRODUCTORES Y DESARROLLO INTEGRAL DE CAPACIDADES COMUNITARIAS EN EL MANEJO DE RECURSOS NATURALES. D) CURSOS DE TÉCNICAS DEL PROCESO DE EXTENSIÓN RURAL Y METODOLOGÍAS DE EDUCACIÓN POPULAR APLICADAS AL CAMPO, FORMACIÓN TÉCNICA EN EL ESTABLECIMIENTO DE HUERTOS FAMILIARES, ECONOMÍA DE PATIO, MANEJO POSTCOSECHA DE GRANOS BÁSICOS (MAÍZ) Y DIVERSIFICACIÓN PRODUCTIVA (ESPECIES MENORES O ACUICULTURA) Y PRÁCTICAS DE CONSERVACIÓN DE SUELOS, ENMIENDAS AGRÍCOLAS, DELIMITACIÓN Y PLAN DE MANEJO DE MICROCUENCAS, ASÍ COMO AGROFORESTERÍA Y AGRICULTURA ORGÁNICA.
