Published through UK FTS - Find a Tender Service, a national government procurement portal. Public procurement tenders follow the country's national bidding regulations and may have specific eligibility and documentation requirements for consulting in the information and communication technology sector. Shortlisted firms may be invited to submit financial proposals in a second stage. Interested parties should review the full documentation on the original source before submitting their proposal.

Description

The purpose of the research is to understand the practical factors that contribute to successful delivery when ICT services are provided across more than one organisation and to identify the arrangements that should be established from the outset to support effective operations, accountability, decision-making and service performance. Rather than focusing solely on formal shared service models, the research should consider a range of collaborative ICT delivery arrangements, including lead authority models, partnership arrangements, jointly managed services and other approaches where responsibility for ICT delivery is shared across multiple councils.
