This document aims to present a solid and convincing justification for raising financial resources through private sector sponsorship, intended for the development of youth categories in the following sports in the municipality of Araraquara: Men's Basketball U20, Men's Football U14, U15, U16, Women's Futsal U19, Men's Futsal U20, Men's Futsal U11, U13, U15, U17 Women's Volleyball U13 and U15 Women's Volleyball U17 Women's Volleyball U19 and U21 Men's Volleyball U19 We believe that this project will not only directly benefit the young athletes involved but also contribute to the well-being of the local community and promote a significant social impact. Context: Sport as a tool for citizenship formation and guidance for a future profession has experienced significant advances in the implementation of public policies worldwide, as evidenced by the last World Cup where 60% of the athletes were formed in their national youth academies. It is important to note that it is through the youth categories that we awaken interest in sports and ensure a continuous supply for the main teams in the future. However, the youth categories face significant challenges regarding infrastructure, quality training, and guidance. The promotion of the youth categories of the sports listed above is crucial for the development of future talents, the formation of citizenship, and a respectful bond with sports, whose values will accompany young people, whether athletes or not, throughout their lives.
