1. Matters for Competitive Tender (1) Subject: Venue Setup and Operation Services for Exhibition at "SEMICON Japan 2026" (2) Specifications, etc.: As per the tender explanation document.

Please note that a proposal must be submitted at the time of bidding and undergo a planning review.
When determining the winning bid, the bid price will be the amount written on the bid form plus 10% of that amount (if there is a fraction of less than 1 yen, it will be rounded down). Therefore, bidders must write the amount equivalent to 100/110 of their estimated amount on the bid form, regardless of whether they are taxable or tax-exempt businesses for consumption tax and local consumption tax.
However, if there is a fraction of less than 1 yen, it will be rounded down.
2. Eligibility for Participation in Tender (1) Those who do not have the capacity to conclude the contract and bankrupt individuals who have not been reinstated are not eligible to participate.
(2) Those who fall under any of the following categories and for whom 2 years have not elapsed since the occurrence of the fact are not eligible to participate (the same applies to those who use them as agents, managers, or other employees).
(a) Those who intentionally performed shoddy work or manufacturing, or engaged in fraudulent acts regarding the quality or quantity of goods in the performance of the contract.
(b) Those who obstructed fair competition or colluded to harm fair prices or gain unfair profits.
(c) Those who obstructed the successful bidder from concluding the contract or the contractor from performing the contract.
2(d) Those who obstructed public officials from performing their duties during supervision or inspection.
(e) Those who failed to perform the contract without justifiable reason.
(f) Those who made false declarations in the procedures for participating in the tender or performing the contract.
(g) Those who have employed persons falling under any of the preceding items as agents, managers, or other employees in the performance of the contract within 2 years of the occurrence of the fact.
(3) Must be rated in grade "A", "B", or "C" in "Services, etc." in the unified national qualification for government ministries and agencies for Reiwa 07, 08, and 09.
(4) Must have participated in the tender explanation meeting.
(5) Must not be subject to suspension of subsidies or debarment from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, government-related legal entities, etc.

Objective: SEMICON Japan is one of the largest international exhibitions in Japan, organized by the Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International (SEMI), bringing together the entire supply chain centered on semiconductor manufacturing equipment and materials. It is positioned as one of the SEMICON series held worldwide. It covers a wide range of fields from semiconductor manufacturing technology (lithography, etching, deposition, inspection/measurement, etc.) to materials, packaging, and smart applications. In recent years, there has been particular interest in AI x semiconductors, post-processing technology, materials, chiplets, and advanced packaging, with many related special projects being held. SEMICON Japan 2025 had approximately 120,000 visitors and over 1,200 exhibiting companies, gathering many companies from the global semiconductor supply chain. Through exhibiting at this exhibition, we aim to enhance NEDO's presence by disseminating research and development results of NEDO projects and introducing NEDO's organizational overview and support information, and to support the social implementation by NEDO project participants by providing opportunities for matching, exchange of opinions, and information gathering. At the NEDO booth at SEMICON Japan 2026, the social implementation of the results of various technology development projects implemented by NEDO will be introduced in an easy-to-understand and attractive manner using demo exhibits, video exhibits, etc. III. Scope of Work 1. Planning and Design (1) Basic Concept ① To devise ways to introduce NEDO-supported R&D results through panels, videos, and actual demonstrations in an easy-to-understand and attractive manner for general visitors and media, and to effectively communicate the intended message. Also, to conduct effective pre-event PR to attract visitors to the exhibition. In addition to the exhibit area, a business matching space for individual meetings will be provided to facilitate matching, aiming to expand sales channels for products and services and discover research partners. ② To use the NEDO logo and ensure that the NEDO booth is easily visible from a distance, and to implement effective decorations to increase visitor traffic to the NEDO booth. Also, to effectively place the NEDO logo, considering its appearance in photos and videos of exhibits and the booth. ③ To emphasize the NEDO logo in blue on a white background based on the "NEDO Design Manual" to create a unified and effective NEDO image. The booth design should evoke a future society realized by cutting-edge technology and be designed to attract visitors. (2) Planning and Design ① Basic Design (a) The entire floor of the booth must be covered with flame-retardant carpet. The color of the carpet should be appropriate for the booth design. (b) The booth design must be aesthetically pleasing and express the concept described in 1. (1). (c) Visibility from a distance must be ensured by installing the booth back panel (rear) up to the maximum height (6.0m) or by installing signs, etc., made of woodwork above the booth. (d) The main sign must be internally illuminated. The channel letters owned by the client may also be used. The walls should be decorated with designs that evoke a future society realized by cutting-edge technology. (e) Lighting equipment should be installed to ensure uniform brightness throughout the booth.
