Original language: GermanDie Ausschreibung umfasst die dauerhafte Überlassung von Lizenzen der Seminarverwaltungssoftware „Semiro“ als Upgrade der vorhandenen Software auf die aktuelle Version 11 inklusive Pflegeleistungen für 60 Monate sowie Dienstleistungen für die Übernahme von Altdaten und Migrationsleistungen, die Herbeiführung der Betriebsbereitschaft der Software beim DPMA sowie Durchführung von Schulungen. Die Leistungen sind zeitnah nach Zuschlagserteilung zu ebringen. Die Systemserviceleistungen sind für 60 Monate nach Herbeiführung der Betriebsbereitschaft zu erbringen.
