Den Helder is volop in ontwikkeling. Met de ambities van de Koninklijke Marine, de groeiopgave op het gebied van wonen en de investeringen in binnenstad, wijken en bedrijventerreinen, staat de economie stevig op de agenda. Dat vraagt om scherpe keuzes. Hoe zorgen we dat ruimte voor bedrijven en banen meegroeit? Hoe maken we onze winkelgebieden toekomstbestendig? En hoe versterken we het ondernemersklimaat, lokaal ?n in samenhang met de regio?Als senior adviseur economie lever jij hier een belangrijke bijdrage aan. Jij brengt overzicht, verbindt inhoud en zorgt dat economische belangen goed zijn gepositioneerd binnen de gemeente en in de regio.Wat ga je doenJe werkt aan een breed palet ruimtelijk- economische vraagstukken. Je combineert beleidswerk met betrokkenheid bij concrete projecten en samenwerking met collega?s en partners. De Economische Uitvoeringsagenda vormt onder andere de leidraad voor de werkzaamheden van het team Economie. Je werkt hierbij samen met de ondernemersvereniging Den Helder.Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:Adviseren over bedrijventerreinen, detailhandel en andere economische ontwikkelingen, zowel binnen Den Helder als in samenhang met de regio Kop van Noord-Holland en Noord-Holland Noord;Het opstellen en doorontwikkeling van beleidsvisies en -kaders op economisch gebied, die richting geven aan keuzes in ruimte, programmering en ontwikkeling, zoals voor bedrijventerreinen en Retail;Deelname aan en inhoudelijke bijdrage aan projecten op het gebied van economie, zoals het versterken van de winkelgebieden;Adviseren in regionaal verband, onder meer rondom de programmering van bedrijventerreinen en realiseren van structurele groei van werkgelegenheid. Je bent daarbij de verbindend schakel tussen de gemeente Den Helder en de regio Kop van Noord-Holland en de grotere regio Noord-Holland Noord.
