Als senior adviseur economische zaken bij de gemeente Schagen werk je veel samen met 3 andere beleidsadviseurs economische zaken. Samen met je collega?s adviseer je de gemeenteraad en het college over economische ontwikkelingen op het gebied van 4 pijlers: het georganiseerd bedrijfsleven (Mkb en grootbedrijf), toerisme & recreatie, detailhandel en de agrarische sector. Schagen kent een grote economische sector. Met een dito diversiteit in type ondernemers. Onze ambities op economische zaken zijn groot. Dit vraagt effici?nt en effectief werken. Met oog voor de vele verschillende belangen. Het is een dynamisch team waarin je bij de start gezamenlijk gaat bepalen welk deel van welke pijler door wie wordt opgepakt. Duidelijk is wel dat we specifiek iemand zoeken voor; Het verduurzamen en vergroenen van bedrijventerreinen;De oprichting van een Stichting Toeristisch Investeringsfonds Schagen (STIS). Het STIS-bestuur moet per 1 januari 2027 starten met haar werkzaamheden; Economische Zaken maakt onderdeel uit van het team ruimtelijke ontwikkeling. Richting het einde van de opdracht deel je jouw idee voor een toekomstbestendige inrichting van economische zaken binnen het team en de organisatie.
