-Controleert bij bouwwerken of wordt voldaan aan relevante wet- en regelgeving, met specifieke aandacht voor constructieve veiligheid, brandveiligheid en overige bouwtechnische voorschriften;-Signaleert mogelijke overtredingen en onderneemt passende handhavingsacties, dit in overeenstemming met de geldende uitvoerings- en handhavingsstrategie;-Behandelt ongewone voorvallen, klachten, meldingen en handhavingsverzoeken op een zorgvuldige, tijdige en juridisch correcte wijze, waarbij helder wordt gecommuniceerd met interne en externe betrokkenen;-Beschikt over aantoonbare kennis en ervaring met de Wet kwaliteitsborging voor het bouwen (Wkb) en is in staat deze kennis op een duidelijke, praktische en toepasbare manier over te dragen aan directe collega's.
