NB: De kandidaat die op dit moment de opdracht uitvoert, zal zich opnieuw inschrijven. De gemeente Maashorst zoekt een senior adviseur Wonen & Leefklimaat die tijdelijk strategische capaciteit toevoegt op drie complexe en samenhangende beleidsterreinen: 1. Internationale werknemers vanuit Wet goed verhuurderschap Doorontwikkelen van lokaal beleid, inclusief kaders voor handhaving, toezicht en samenwerking met ketenpartners. Vertalen van landelijke ontwikkelingen naar uitvoerbare gemeentelijke kaders. 2. Nieuwe en bestaande woonwagenlocaties Actualiseren en verder uitwerken van beleid voor uitbreiding, kwaliteit en rechtspositie. Adviseren over ruimtelijke, juridische en maatschappelijke aspecten. 3. Defensie: wet- en regelgeving & lokale impact Analyse van relevante rijkskaders en effecten op het leefklimaat en ruimtelijke plannen. Adviseren over bestuurlijke afstemming en strategische positionering. De adviseur levert stevig advies aan management en bestuur, werkt nauw samen met collega?s en zorgt voor heldere bestuurlijke producten (notities, memo?s, besluiten).Wil jij tijdelijk bijdragen aan drie unieke ?n inhoudelijk uitdagende opgaven binnen wonen en leefklimaat? De gemeente zoekt een ervaren senior adviseur die zonder inwerktijd kan instappen en direct waarde toevoegt op beleid rondom internationale werknemers, woonwagenlocaties en defensiegerelateerde ruimtelijke kaders.
