Senior Communicatieadviseur 32-36 uur per week | HBO of WO (communicatie of journalistiek) Urk bruist! Urk heeft prachtige tradities, een snelgroeiende bevolking, een rijke geschiedenis en een bloeiende economie. Urkers hebben een ondernemende aard ? zij bedrijven handel met ruim honderd landen. En wist je dat de helft van de 22.000 inwoners jonger is dan 28 jaar? Daarom investeert de gemeente volop in haar jongeren. Samen met de veerkrachtige inwoners wordt gewerkt aan een gezonde, veilige en kansrijke opgroei-omgeving. Kortom: Urk bruist! Wat ga je doen? Je adviseert, ondersteunt en coacht het bestuur, met name de burgemeester. Je bent woordvoerder van het college. Je bent strategisch sparringpartner van bestuur, directie en management. Je co?rdineert het communicatieteam en begeleidt de ontwikkeling op inhoud en team. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en uitvoering het communicatiebeleid, waaraan je samen met je communicatiecollega?s werkt. Jij hebt de regie over de algehele communicatie. Je houdt met je helicopterview het totaalplaatje scherp. Je onderhoudt contacten met de media. Je verbindt mensen en dossiers en je stimuleert de integraliteit. In de organisatie ben je goed zichtbaar en je legt makkelijk contacten. In een crisissituatie weet je wat je te doen staat en je draait mee in de piketdiensten (per drie weken een weekend). Jouw team: Je gaat werken met een fijn en hecht communicatieteam (vijf collega?s), waarin hard gewerkt wordt, met humor en gezelligheid. De sfeer in het team is veilig en de collega?s hebben een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Samen zetten jullie communicatie in om de opgaven en uitdagingen van gemeente Urk succesvol te maken.
