De Uitdaging Als senior communicatieadviseur ben jij de verbinder van samenleving, gemeente en bestuur en voel je haarfijn aan wat er speelt in de samenleving. Je ondersteunt o.a. de burgemeester bij complexe maatschappelijke vraagstukken. Jij sluit hier optimaal op aan met jouw strategische en praktische aanpak. Opdrachtomschrijving Ontwikkeling journalistiek mediabeleid: Je stelt een journalistiek mediabeleid op voor de gemeente Midden-Groningen. Dit omvat het pragmatisch in kaart brengen van actuele ontwikkelingen, kansen en bedreigingen, het inventariseren van wensen en belangen van interne en externe stakeholders, en het organiseren van media monitoring. Het beleid implementeer je in de organisatie, inclusief eventuele trainingen en het opzetten van een bereikbaarheidsdienst voor de media. Binnen het team Communicatie neem je het voortouw bij een (gezamenlijke) communicatieaanpak bij een calamiteit met impact of een crisis. Communicatievisie Midden-Groningen: Je werkt de communicatievisie inhoudelijk af, begeleidt het proces van besluitvorming en zorgt voor een succesvolle implementatie in de dagelijkse praktijk. Je vertaalt strategie naar uitvoerbare acties, waarbij je intern en extern draagvlak cre?ert. Veiligheidscommunicatie en vluchtelingenopvang: Je co?rdineert en adviseert over communicatieprojecten rondom veiligheid en de opvang van vluchtelingen en Oekra?ense ontheemden. Samenwerking: Je werkt nauw samen met je collega?s binnen team Communicatie en andere afdelingen. Je schakelt soepel tussen verschillende lagen in de organisatie en houdt rekening met bestuurlijke, maatschappelijke en organisatorische belangen.
